Stewarts was established in the 1970s by Peter Stewart, a chartered surveyor, and traded as Peter Stewart & Associates. In 1990, after we moved to our present purpose-built offices, we became known simply as Stewarts.
Stewarts is a totally independent firm of residential estate agents and surveyors.
- Our staff know the area well and have good local knowledge.
- We sell, survey and value residential properties: we do nothing else!
- We specialise in the sale and survey of residential property in the
Cannock Chase area.
- We are totally focused on what we know we do best. Many of our
clients come to us on recommendation, and it is not unusual for us to be selling a client's home for the third or fourth time.
- We provide a valuation service for both local and major building
societies and banks.
- We regularly sell part-exchange and assisted-sale houses for national house builders.
